Refunds & Returns Policy

Digital Products
Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our digital products, including but not limited to:
- eBooks
- Digital Planners
- Calculators
- Templates
- Checklists
- Worksheets
- Bundles
all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once your purchase has been completed.
Faulty or Corrupt Files
If you experience any issues accessing your purchased product, including:
- Corrupt files
- Download issues
- Missing files
- Incorrect product delivery
please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily provide a replacement copy or assist you in accessing your files.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the situation and may provide a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Coaching & Consultation Sessions
- Complimentary Home Loan and Investment Loan Strategy Calls are provided at no cost and can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Paid Budgeting & Wealth Coaching Sessions ($99) may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled coaching session are non-refundable.
